Geometric / Low Poly Design

Good Morning! If you still need to finish details on your emoji or finish posting to your blog, you can use today to do so. Emojis will be due next Wednesday, Dec. 21.

Today we will be practicing for our Geometric/Low poly design. Find a simplistic photograph of a food item, animal, or object. Follow the directions below and start brainstorming subject matter for your geometric project while you practice.

Directions: Set your fill to none and stroke to white and .25 weight. Start creating triangles with your pen tool that connect at the edges. Make your triangle sides overlap so you are not adjusting so much at the end. You choose the size of the triangles/shapes. You can choose to fill as you go or just keep a stroke color and fill later on.
